These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the FitAI app. By downloading or
using FitAI, you agree to these Terms. This app is also subject to Apple's
standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at:
https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/


SUBSCRIPTIONS

FitAI offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium coaching features:

- FitAI Monthly — $9.99 per month.
- FitAI Yearly — $59.99 per year (approximately $5.00 per month), with an
  introductory free trial where offered.

Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app at the time of purchase.

- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least
  24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the
  current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings
  after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a
  subscription, where applicable.

FitAI provides general fitness and nutrition guidance for informational purposes
only and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional
before beginning any exercise or nutrition program. You use the app at your own
risk.


ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to access other users' data, or use the
service for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for activity under your
account.


ACCOUNT DELETION

You may delete your account and data at any time from
Profile -> Danger Zone -> Delete Account in the app.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitAI is provided "as is" without
warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any damages arising from your
use of the app.


CHANGES

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after
changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
